When we heard about Taxi's decision to do something nice for people that didn't work for them we figured that they were talking about their clients. Then we found out they were talking about homeless people.
To commemorate the company's 15th anniversary, they decided to make 3,000 all-season waterproof jackets with all kinds of internal and external pockets that can be stuffed with newspaper for insulation. Apparently the coat was given an 8-hour wear test in a -20F meat locker by Taxi's executive creative director Steve Mykolyn.
